Don Aulbert is a financial advisor committed to providing holistic financial advice and personalized service. He is passionate about helping clients through his customized financial planning process, called Financial GPS. Working closely with clients to evaluate their current situation and identify short- and long-term goals, Don then designs a financial plan that lays out a path for clients to follow toward their objectives.
Don is a graduate of the University of Missouri – St Louis. After graduation, he began a stellar career in law enforcement and received several commendations for service, including the Creve Coeur Fire Protection District Meritorious Service Award for Outstanding Service Rendered Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. From 2000 to 2008, Don worked as a financial advisor for Edward Jones and Wachovia Securities (Wells Fargo Advisors). In 2009, Don moved his practice to Cornerstone Wealth Management, choosing to be an independent advisor so he could be collaborative in his financial guidance with clients. He became a partner of Cornerstone in 2011 and serves on the executive management team to help execute the strategic vision of the firm. While at Cornerstone Wealth Management, Don has been awarded the St. Louis Magazine Five Star Wealth Management Award 13 times, most recently for 2025.
Active in several charitable and community efforts, Don is a stalwart member of Church on the Rock, where he leads their local motorcycle ministry through the Lion's Pride Motorcycle Ministry. Don also teaches step studies at his church and helps out when and where needed.
Don has one wonderful son, Donald III, who is married to Hallie. They live in Kansas City, where they are raising Don’s beloved grandson, Jonas. Don is married to his wife, Angela, who has three children of her own — Jeffrey, Luke, and Elijah. He loves spending time with their families. In his free time, Don enjoys riding motorcycles with Angela, golfing, fishing, and attending all kinds of sporting events.
